The following policies serve as a guide for first-time and repeating guests. I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine and I make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In my commitment to providing the ultimate cupping experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

BOOKING POLICY
All treatments are by appointment only and must be paid in full. Appointments made last minute (0-24 hour notice) will incur a $50 fee. All non-residential locations will incur a $50 fee.

AFTER-HOURS BOOKING POLICY

Appointments that are booked before 10AM or after 6PM will incur a $50 fee.

ARRIVAL POLICY
Due to traveling and unforeseen traffic, a 10-minute grace period is allocated for the arrival of both client and therapist. Please note the duration of your treatment and consider the time accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reschedules and cancellations without a 24-hour notice will forfeit 50-100% of your appointment cost.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Your appointments will have a specific time scheduled, including a grace period, therefore late arrivals may not receive an extension.

NO SHOW POLICY
No call, no show will forfeit 100% of your appointment cost. No exceptions.

INFORMED CONSENT
At your first visit, you will be asked to sign an intake and consent form stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Chinda Khoeun is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Nevada and is held to the highest standards of the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy.

Massage practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. My services are not intended as an alternative for proper medical attention for specific conditions. Please refer to a medical doctor for any specific condition which requires medical treatment.

RESPECT FOR CLIENT NEEDS AND BOUNDARIES
Feel free to pause or stop treatment at any time if you feel any discomfort. Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is never appropriate. If this line has been crossed, the session will be immediately terminated. All clients are also empowered with the same rights and freedom.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONVERSATION
All conversations are confidential. As such, your visit will not be discussed with anybody without your expressed permission.

EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken. If any medical conditions have changed, a written permission from your physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., is required to continue treatment. The client must also keep the therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.

For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies – a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment is required. No exceptions.
